When we decide to interview you, we are already impressed by your achievements to
date. However, it is not just your achievements and technical skills that are important
to us—it is also the skills you used in order to accomplish those achievements.
Therefore, in addition to the technical interview, you may have an experience interview
that examines your soft skills and personality. In the experience interview the
interviewer will use traditional resume questions, a mini-case based on your experience
and/or behavioral questions to understand your past experience and gain an understanding
of your interest in Symbyo, and if your personality and work ethic will fit within
Symbyo. The behavioral questions involve asking you to describe your actions in
a past experience in the context of a critical consultant skill. During the experience
interview, be prepared to discuss specific instances of when you have shown relevant
skills and been challenged or stretched.
Our interviewers are trained to examine your past accomplishments in depth, in order
to determine if the skills you possess would position you well for a successful
career at Symbyo. Therefore, you need to be prepared to discuss your most important
past experiences in a very detailed way, focusing on your specific role and describing
the key actions that were critical to success.
