Symbyo has established an Oralce PeopleSoft Center of Excellence not only to keep abreast with the latest Oracle PeopleSoft technology and releases but to amalgamate the PeopleSoft package with management and business concepts to deliver enhanced value to our customers. The activities at the Oracle PeopleSoft Center of Excellence are aimed at early adoption and competency building on the latest and in-demand versions of PeopleSoft technologies and solutions offerings. The Center strives at keeping abreast with the technology roadmap, solution orientation of PeopleSoft and thus adapting our solutions to align with it. The Center puts together the lessons learnt and knowledge gained from past experience and creates 'accelerators' to improve quality, shorten timelines, reduce costs and bring in more value to the customers.

The Center of Excellence hosts and manages an "Upgrade Lab" which replicates the client environment at Symbyo offshore locations. The initial and most time consuming activities are carried out in the Upgrade Lab thus benefiting the clients with immense cost savings.

In the PeopleSoft Practice in Symbyo, we have seasoned Project Managers who have gained expertise in the best practices, industry domain knowledge, methodologies and project management techniques for implementation, upgrade and support. Our Functional Consultants are experts in Financial Management Modules, Human Capital Management (including Global Payroll) Modules and Enterprise Performance Management modules. They have gained experience through multiple implementation cycles, several major/minor upgrades, and maintenance and support on multilingual / multi-currency platforms. The Technical Consultants provide their expertise in PeopleSoft Internet Architecture Technologies, Integration, Interfaces and Data Conversion Technologies.
